Accomplishments

In just the past 12 months, some of Peak Group’s highlights include:

• Leasing over 30,000 sq. ft at the English Rows Towne Center located in Naperville on Route 59. We are proud to say its one of the only new centers in this corridor that has 100% occupancy.
• Negotiated zoning requirement changes with city officials to allow the Learning Care Group to complete two build-to-suits.
• Took over the leasing assignment from a competitor and leased over 50% in very short time.
• A major national apparel/shoe chain provided Peak Group with one of its most challenging assignments. The franchisee was completely new to retail and required a high level of strategic and planning guidance from the letter of intent stage to the building permit process.
